Looking to get moving and meet new people in your community? Join us for the New Brunswick Walk With A Doc, a fun, welcoming way to connect, learn, and enjoy the outdoors! AARP New Jersey, Saint Peter’s University Hospital, and Healthier Middlesex invite you to be part of this free monthly community walk, designed for people of all ages and abilities. Whether you come solo or with a friend, you’ll be greeted with friendly faces and an easy, relaxed walk where conversation comes naturally.
Each walk begins with a 5-minute “Ask the Doc” moment, featuring a local healthcare professional who shares simple, practical tips you can use right away. Past topics have included better sleep, stress reduction, heart health, and more. It is a great way to learn something new without sitting through a lecture. After that, we walk together at a comfortable pace, giving you time to chat, make connections, and enjoy being part of a supportive community focused on feeling good and staying well. We hope to see you there!
Bonus: Bring a friend and receive a free t-shirt! Light refreshments will be provided.
