Listen up, ladies. This series is for you!

Whether you’re entering early perimenopause or in the throes of menopause, AARP Ohio is bringing together women’s health experts to lead conversations designed for women who want answers, support, and expert guidance through the transition.

Begin your journey through AARP Ohio’s Women’s Health Conversation Series with an engaging introduction to menopause and the changes that come with it. In this session, Sara Glasenapp, PA-C, will discuss what menopause is, why it happens, and how hormonal changes can affect women’s physical and emotional well-being. We’ll explore common symptoms, what to expect during the transition, and answer some of the questions many women wish they asked sooner.
