Join AARP California and MPACT for a roundtable to learn what options exist, who they serve, where gaps remain, and how better coordination could help older adults and people with disabilities find and navigate these services to stay independent.
Featured speakers include representatives from Jewish Family Service, Facilitating Access to Coordinated Transportation (FACT), and ElderHelp.
