Learn How to Become a Literacy Coach

Did you know that nearly 70% of students in many of our communities aren’t yet reading at grade level? It’s a big challenge, but together, we can help turn the page.

That’s where you come in.  Join us and Literations, a proud program partner of AARP Foundation Experience Corps, to discover how you can make a real difference as a volunteer literacy coach from September 2026 through June 2027.

We are teaming up with Literations to host virtual information sessions where you can learn how to provide meaningful, in-person support to students in Boston, Chelsea, and Framingham schools and after-school programs.

A little time, a little encouragement, and a love of reading can change a child’s story, maybe even their whole future. We hope you’ll join us.
