Cycle Thursdays: Cherry Creek Trail Ride

Cycle Thursdays in July! Join AARP Colorado’s New 50+ Ambassadors for monthly guided, intermediate bike rides.

This month we will be riding along Denver’s Cherry Creek Trail again, starting and ending at Cook Park Recreation Center. The ride is a little over 16 miles roundtrip along the completely paved Cherry Creek Trail to Empower Field at Mile High.

What to expect:

• A no‑drop group ride, meaning the group stays together and no one is left behind
• A comfortable, non‑competitive pace
• Snacks and water after the ride for social time
• All skill levels and bike types are welcome

 Helmets are required. Please bring water and sunscreen.

Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m. We will plan on leaving from Cook Park at 8 a.m.

Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.

Free, but registration and a liability waiver are required. Guests are welcome but must register themselves to sign the waiver.
