As caregivers, especially those who are military-connected, life can feel isolating after multiple PCS's,  packouts, and starting over in new places, states, and countries. Let AARP help you navigate new places, find helpful resources and build community while making time to care for yourself. If this resonates with you, join us for  AARP LA's Caregivers Connect event.

Let us do the heavy lifting while you rest, decompress, connect, and learn about the tools and resources AARP LA has to offer to support caregivers. Attendees will also hear from Larry Williams from the Louisiana Dept of Veteran Affairs and mental and emotional health professional Cristi Hunter BRown, while connecting with your caregiving peers. This event will provide and equip participants with resources, tools,  and information to help ensure you have access to relevant resources and information.
