Cycle Thursdays: Cherry Creek Trail Ride

Cycle Thursdays are back! Join AARP Colorado’s New 50+ Ambassadors for monthly guided, intermediate bike rides. This month we will be riding along Denver’s Cherry Creek Trail, starting and ending at Cook Park Recreation Center. The ride is about 16 miles roundtrip along the completely paved Cherry Creek Trail to REI.

What to expect:

• A no‑drop group ride, meaning the group stays together and no one is left behind
• A comfortable, non‑competitive pace
• Snacks and water after the ride for social time
• All skill levels and bike types are welcome

 Helmets are required. Please bring water and sunscreen.

Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.

Free, but registration and a liability waiver are required. Guests are welcome but must register themselves to sign the waiver.
