Join AARP members, volunteers, partners, and neighbors to celebrate Social Security’s 91st birthday at a summer picnic in the beautiful Mount Pisgah Arboretum.
This is a chance to come together in community, enjoy the outdoors, and recognize the importance of Social Security in the lives of millions of Americans.
Enjoy a relaxed afternoon with food and drinks, a variety of activities and games, and opportunities to connect with others. You will also learn how you can help protect and strengthen Social Security for current and future generations. All are welcome.
You do not have to be an AARP member to attend, but registration is required.
