Whether you’re entering early perimenopause or in the throes of menopause, AARP Ohio is bringing together women’s health experts to lead conversations designed for women who want answers, support, and expert guidance through the transition.
In this session, Dr. Madeline Cohn will provide an overview of menopause and the treatment of vaginal and bladder symptoms associated with the transition. She will also highlight non-hormonal management of hot flashes.
About the Expert:
Dr. Cohn is currently a physician in the Department of Subspecialty Care for Women's Health, within the Ob/Gyn & Women's Health Institute. Her areas of expertise include menopause and perimenopause, osteoporosis and sexual health. Dr. Cohn attended medical school at University of North Texas Health Sciences Center in Fort Worth, TX. She completed her residency in family medicine at Case Western Reserve University/MetroHealth in Cleveland, OH where she served as chief resident. After residency, she completed the two year Specialized Women's Health Fellowship at Cleveland Clinic.
