AARP MA is partnering with Honoring Choices Massachusetts is a nonprofit organization that empowers adults to make informed health care decisions through personal care planning. 

The organization provides free, multilingual tools, educational resources, and guidance to help individuals document their health care preferences, choose a health care agent, and ensure their wishes are honored throughout their lifetime.
