Join us for an upcoming in-person Volunteer Portal Training designed to help you feel more comfortable and confident using the updated Volunteer Portal. During the session, you’ll learn how to navigate the new homepage and help page, access important tools and resources, submit reimbursements, manage direct deposit, and use Chatter as a communication and collaboration tool moving forward.

Please register for one session based on what works best for your schedule:

Morning Session: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
Afternoon Session: 1:00 PM–4:00 PM

Lunch and light refreshments will be provided for all attendees. Please plan to bring your own laptop or the device you intend to use to access the Volunteer Portal, as participants will actively use the portal throughout the hands-on training session.

To help make the in-person training experience as smooth as possible, attendees are also requested to participate in a brief virtual pre-training session focused on technical support and login assistance. This session will help ensure you are able to access the Volunteer Portal before training day so we can maximize our time together. More information coming soon.

We look forward to seeing you and helping you make the most of your Volunteer Portal experience!
