Join us every second Saturday of the month for a Walk With a Doc event!
Walk With A Doc is a free community walking program for anyone interested in taking steps toward a healthier lifestyle. Each event begins with a brief, engaging talk from a local healthcare professional on a current health topic. Then we spend the rest of the hour enjoying a relaxed walk and friendly conversation in the park.
Walk at your own pace and distance. No special gear required, no pressure, just a welcoming and supportive space to get moving, learn something new, and connect with others.
Originally started in Columbus, Ohio in 2005 by Dr. David Sabgir, Walk With A Doc has grown into a global movement. We’re excited to bring it to Georgia and build a healthier community together.
