Before the GA Volunteer Portal Training

Before attending the in-person Volunteer Portal Training, participants are encouraged to attend a virtual pre-training session designed to help ensure a smooth and successful training experience. This session will focus on portal access, login support, and technical assistance so that hands-on training time can be spent exploring portal features and tools rather than troubleshooting technical issues.

During the session, volunteers will have the opportunity to verify their login credentials, confirm portal access, and receive assistance with common issues such as password resets, account access, and device setup. We encourage participants to join from the laptop or device they plan to use during the in-person training.

To accommodate different schedules, two virtual session options will be offered. Please register for one session only based on your availability.

• Afternoon Session 1 PM - 2PM
• Evening Session 6 PM - 7 PM

Even if you are unable to attend the in-person Volunteer Portal Training, you are still welcome to participate in this virtual session. It is a great opportunity to gain access to the Volunteer Portal, receive technical support, and become more familiar with the platform.
