Featuring a wide range of inspiring music, this online dance class can be enjoyed in a sitting or standing position.

Learn dance routines designed to help increase coordination and flexibility, release body tension, improve balance and gait, and strengthen the core. The goal is to help you feel supported as you explore rhythm and movement within a joyful and friendly community.

Other benefits may include added power and grace in your movements, an enhanced awareness of your body and vitality, and an ability to breathe more deeply and vocalize more fully. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.

Instructor Rachel Balaban is founder of DAPpers (Dance for All People) for people with Parkinson’s disease and other movement challenges in recognition of the power of dance and intergenerational programming.
