Tai chi, qigong and Eastern healing arts view the human person as consisting of Three Treasures: the physical, the energy (qi) and the non-physical. To attain greater health and longevity, practitioners seek harmony and balance of these Three Treasures.
In this class, Master Wen-Ching Wu will explain the Six Harmonies Principle of achieving harmonious balance and demonstrate the Eight Approaches, practices to help participants attain the benefits of tai chi/qigong. Learn about Master Wu’s background and experience in the martial arts.
The tai chi/qigong movements can be done in seated or standing positions. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
