AARP Rhode Island Quarterly Volunteer Meeting

You're invited to the second Quarterly All Volunteer Meeting of 2026!  This quarter we are taking our meeting on the road – to the beautiful Edward King House Senior Center at 35 King Street in Newport.  Catch up with fellow volunteers from all over Rhode Island and welcome folks who are interested in learning more about what you do.  You’ll learn about all the amazing ways our volunteers are making an impact, from shred events to Speakers Bureau presentations to the incredible 14 wins you racked up at the State House this year, and so much more!  We’ll share the latest practical updates about volunteering with AARP.  And while we’re at Edward King House, we’ll hear about how and where to get information about supports for older adults so you’re ready when asked, and celebrate some of our nine newly announced 2026 Community Challenge grantees.  You won’t want to miss it!
