AARP New York is proud to present a series of workshops in collaboration with the Sidney Albert Albany Jewish Community Center. We will cover a range of topics that are important to the 50+ with vetted information you can trust. 

Join us on Wednesday, September 23, for AARP's Six Pillars of Brain Health. In this interactive session, we’ll explore the six pillars of brain health, activities that support brain health, and hopefully, be inspired by others.

Please be sure to also sign up for the next session in the series, Caregiving, to be held on November 4.

Sign in to your aarp.org account or create a free nonmember account to register for events. AARP membership is not required.
