Join AARP New Jersey for a special portrait unveiling that celebrates the stories, resilience, and contributions of family caregivers while elevating the need for policies that better support them.
In partnership with Rutgers University's Mason Gross School of the Arts, AARP New Jersey commissioned 10 original painted portraits of New Jersey family caregivers. Created by student and alumni artists in collaboration with AARP volunteers, the portraits use art as a powerful medium to honor caregiving journeys and amplify the voices of those who help older adults age with dignity.
By bringing these experiences to life, AARP New Jersey hopes to inspire greater recognition, stronger supports, and meaningful policy solutions for family caregivers.
