The Con Artist's Playbook: Psychology of Scams

Think you'd never fall for a scam? Think again. Scammers are trained manipulators who use psychological tactics like urgency, fear, and trust to bypass even the sharpest minds. In this interactive workshop with Senior Tech Connect, you'll learn the psychological weapons that con artists use, walk through the full lifecycle of a scam from start to finish, and build a personal defense plan to protect yourself and your loved ones. You'll practice spotting manipulation tactics in real scam scenarios alongside your fellow participants. 

This is a hands-on class so please bring your device (phone, tablet, or laptop) to practice with.
