Understanding Speech Anxiety

Do you get butterflies in your stomach when you have to give a speech? You’re not alone! This class will explore the roots of speech anxiety and offer some practical advice on how to manage it. 

This online program is offered nationwide, courtesy of the Lifetime Learning Institute of Northern Virginia, which is affiliated with Northern Virginia Community College.
