You’re invited to a special evening of inspiration, connection, and support in honor of National Family Caregivers Month.

AARP Arkansas is proud to present a screening of The Mama Joe Project at the Arkansas Repertory Theatre on November 6 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This powerful story offers hope and help for caregivers and families navigating dementia, while highlighting an initiative that brings together education, research, and community outreach in support of caregivers and their loved ones. We invite you to join us as we recognize and celebrate the more than 654,000 unpaid family caregivers across Arkansas whose dedication strengthens families and communities every day.

Following the screening, guests are invited to take part in an engaging panel discussion featuring local experts, community leaders, and special guests. Attendees can connect with local vendors and resource partners who will share helpful information, tools, and support for family caregivers.

The lobby will open at 5:00 p.m. for guest check-in. Free concessions will be available for attendees who pre-register for the screening. We hope you will join us for this meaningful event as we come together to honor caregivers, strengthen awareness, and share resources with families across Arkansas.

Registration is required and seats are limited. Please call 877-926-8300 or follow the link to https://events.aarp.org/MamaJoe
