Hear from leading experts in aging, health, nutrition, and caregiving. Learn strategies to stay socially connected, prioritize your well-being, navigate the caregiving journey, and age with confidence. You'll also have an opportunity to connect with local organizations and resource providers serving older adults and family caregivers throughout our community.

We'll provide a complimentary breakfast, and attendees are encouraged to visit community resource tables before and after the program.

Everyone is welcome. You do not need to be an AARP member to attend.

Registration is required. If you do not already have an AARP online account, you can create one free of charge during registration.
