Start your morning with warm conversation and a free cup of coffee at our AARP  Coffee Talk gathering, hosted by AARP Maine volunteers.

This informal gathering is a great opportunity to meet new people, catch up with familiar faces, and hear from local leaders and organizations who are making a difference right here in the Lakes Region.

In September we will welcome Maya Manseau who will give a talk titled: The Sacred Art of Honoring Grief.

Maya offers, "This isn't about fixing grief or finishing it. It's about honoring it — and discovering that we can hold our loss and keep living, both at once."
