AARP Oregon Southern Volunteers

On Tap: Caregiving, Fraud Prevention, and Building an Age-Friendly Oregon

Join AARP Oregon at Urban Cork in Medford for an engaging evening conversation about issues that matter to older adults, family caregivers, and communities across Oregon.
The event will feature a dynamic 30-minute fireside chat with AARP Oregon State Director, Bandana Shrestha, exploring three important topics: family caregiving, fraud prevention with a focus on crypto kiosk scams, and efforts to create a more age-friendly Oregon. Participants will gain practical information, learn about emerging challenges and opportunities, and hear how communities can support people as they age.

Connect with fellow community members, enjoy meaningful discussion, and leave with tools and resources to help yourself, your family, and your community thrive.
