Join AARP North Carolina for a screening of One Vote, a compelling documentary that explores the power of civic engagement and the impact a single vote can have on our communities and democracy. Through personal stories and real-life experiences, the film highlights the importance of participation in the electoral process and the voices that shape our future.

Following the documentary, attendees are invited to participate in a moderated discussion about voting in North Carolina and the issues that matter most to adults age 50 and older. This conversation will provide an opportunity to share perspectives, learn from one another, and discuss how civic engagement can help address topics such as health care, caregiving, housing, financial security, transportation, and other community priorities.

Whether you're a longtime voter or simply interested in learning more about issues affecting North Carolinians 50+, this free event offers a welcoming space for reflection, conversation, and connection.

Registration is encouraged. Light refreshments will be provided
