National City Free Document Shredding Event

One of the best ways to protect yourself from identity theft is to shred documents containing any personal or financial information. Join us for a free shred event in San Diego and safely dispose of outdated bank statements, medical records, and other sensitive paperwork. 

 - Bring up to three boxes of documents per person.

 - Paper documents only (staples and paperclips are OK). 

 - No plastic, wires, hardbound books, binding, binder clips, glass, metals, aluminum or rubber. 

 - Shred trucks will stay on-site for the time scheduled or until they reach capacity, whichever comes first. 

 - This service is only for personal use and not intended for businesses.

How to Join:

Sign in to your AARP.org account or create an account to register for events. AARP membership is not required. You will be emailed a reminder prior to the event.
