Celebrando Tradiciones at the Carver Theater

Celebrate the rich traditions of Mexican culture at Celebrando Tradiciones, a free matinee cultural performance for older adults presented by the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center and sponsored by AARP. This special Thursday afternoon performance is sponsored by AARP and is the only complimentary Celebrando Tradiciones show being offered to the community. Guests are invited to enjoy an inspiring afternoon of traditional Mexican dance performed by the Guadalupe Dance Company and live music by Mariachi Azteca de América.

This special matinee offers an opportunity to experience the artistry, history, and community spirit reflected in these beloved cultural traditions. Whether you enjoy live performing arts or want to connect with the cultural heritage of San Antonio, this welcoming event provides a memorable cultural experience at no cost to attendees.

While registration is not required, we encourage guests to RSVP to help us plan for attendance and share event updates.
