Tai Chi Circling is a fundamental Tai Chi practice that involves slowly rotating the limbs, especially the arms, in a circular motion. This practice is to enhance the flow of Qi, or life energy throughout the body. It is a relatively simple exercise that is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.

In this session, we'll continue our Animal Play review and practice the Bear and Bird Plays. We will review what we have learned in the past two years and improve our practice to reap the benefits of Tai Chi by incorporating into our daily life.

As part of this year's program, viewers refresh their Tai Chi skills and terminology, and continue to enjoy the many benefits of this wonderful practice.

This is a free online event, and AARP membership is not required.
