About the Event

Hosted by AARP Nevada, this veteran and military‑focused workshop at the Atomic Museum in Las Vegas; offered in collaboration with the Southern Nevada Senior Law Program/SLP and the Nevada Department of Veterans Services—invites participants into an open, thoughtful conversation about end‑of‑life planning.

Guest facilitators include William Voy (Southern Nevada Senior Law Program/SLP) and Christopher Miannay (Nevada Department of Veterans Services) who will guide our conversation, creating a safe space for open dialogue, aiming to demystify the subject and foster understanding of this universal experience.

Whether you’re curious about advance directives, personal wishes, or simply want to listen and learn, everyone is welcome.

Our speakers will be available to answer questions after the event.
