Care Pit Stop: A Sweet Thank You for Caregivers

Take a quick pit stop for yourself and enjoy a little appreciation for everything you do as a family caregiver.

In celebration of Family Caregiver Month, AARP Colorado invites family caregivers to a free, drive-through Care Pit Stop in Grand Junction. 

Stay comfortably in your vehicle while you pick up a sweet treat from a local bakery, self-care and wellness goodies, helpful caregiving resources, and a few fun surprises.

This experience is designed to fit into your busy day and give a little something back to the people who spend so much time caring for others.

Getting started is easy
 

• The event is free.
• Register in advance to reserve your spot.
• Simply drive through and remain in your vehicle.
• Pick up your treats, wellness items, and caregiving resources along the way.
• Space and giveaways are limited and available while supplies last.

This is a drive-through event, so attendees can remain comfortably in their vehicles during the experience. Please follow event signage and volunteer directions when you arrive.
