Join AARP Arizona for a scenic fall hike at Catalina State Park! Enjoy a beautiful 2.3-mile loop featuring mountain views, Sonoran Desert scenery, and a chance to connect with fellow outdoor enthusiasts. We will be hiking the Sutherland and Canyon Loop Trail. This easy-to-moderate hike includes 196 feet of elevation gain and typically takes 30 to 60 minutes to complete.
To save on park entrance fees, meet us at 7:45 a.m. in the Dollar Tree parking lot (next to Ulta) in Oro Valley Marketplace, to carpool to the trailhead. If you prefer to meet us in the park, please arrive before 8:00 a.m., as the group will depart promptly.
After the hike, you're invited to join us for coffee and bagels or pastries at Beyond Bread. Come enjoy the outdoors, stay active, and make new friends along the way!
