Introduction to Sculptural Needle Felting

Join AARP Vermont at CraftStudies in White River Junction for a fun and beginner-friendly introduction to sculptural needle felting. 

In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to transform soft wool roving into a whimsical creature while exploring the basics of this relaxing and rewarding fiber art. Participants will discover the unique properties of wool, how to select and use felting needles, and techniques for shaping, joining and adding decorative details. No previous experience is needed. You'll leave with a handmade creation, newfound skills, and inspiration to continue exploring this creative craft.
