AARP IN Care for a Cup: Caregiver Pitstop

Family caregivers give so much of themselves every day, often putting the needs of a loved one before their own. AARP Indiana invites you to take a brief pause, connect with helpful resources, and enjoy a small moment of respite at our Care for a Cup event.

In honor of National Family Caregivers Month, join us at Five Lakes Coffee on November 7th, anytime between 8:00 to 11:00 AM ET, to receive free caregiving information, practical tools, and resources designed to help you navigate the caregiving journey. Whether you're caring for a spouse, parent, family member, friend, or neighbor, you'll find information and support that can help make your caregiving responsibilities a little easier.

As a thank-you for all that you do, attendees will receive a $10 gift card for your favorite coffee or beverage, giving you an opportunity to take a well-deserved break and enjoy a moment for yourself.

There is no cost to attend, but registration is required. Materials and gift cards are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
