Restore your vitality and inner calm by developing a practice of this ancient Chinese healing art. Through slow, rhythmic movements and breathing patterns, qigong enhances energy flow, balance and relaxation, and is ideal for relieving stiffness and improving mobility.

Class is taught by Nate Guadagni, a qigong and senior fitness instructor with 20 years of experience. It’s suitable for people of all abilities, with standing and seated options available. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
