Listen up, ladies. This series is for you!

Whether you’re entering early perimenopause or in the throes of menopause, AARP Ohio is bringing together women’s health experts to lead conversations designed for women who want answers, support, and expert guidance through the transition.

In this session, Dr. Rachel Novik will provide an overview of menopause, its common symptoms, and the physiological changes associated with the menopausal transition. Her presentation will introduce the role of hormone therapy in managing menopausal symptoms, including its potential benefits, risks, and considerations for individual patients. The session will also highlight current hormonal approaches to treatment and the importance of shared decision-making when considering hormone therapy.
