Calling all family caregivers!
Free Sound Bath Meditation Class
Family caregiving can be stressful and we want to help. AARP Oklahoma is offering a free meditative experience at the Shawnee YMCA at 700 West Saratoga Street, Shawnee, OK.
This one-hour immersive sound bath meditation event and uses the sounds of singing bowls, chimes, and a gong to guide you into relaxation led by Joe Holcomb. Sound Bath allows participants to just rest and be comfortable.
Attendees will also be offered an opportunity to order a FREE family caregiving kit and resources as well as enter to win a $50 gift card.
Not a family caregiver, that’s okay. Caring for yourself is the best caregiving.
