Scammers never stop, so let’s stay one step ahead. Join AARP and special guests this August for Scam Chat Wednesdays 2026. These free weekly virtual sessions are packed with expert insights, real-world scam alerts, and smart tips to help protect your money, identity, and peace of mind.

In this week’s presentation, we’ll hear from the high school students who founded StayCyberSafe and Students Against Scams, two organizations that empower older adults and younger generations to stay safe through practical, engaging cybersecurity education, innovative digital outreach, and advocacy. They’ll share their own experiences with scams, what motivated them to get involved in fraud prevention work, and the smart moves they recommend to older adults to stay ahead of scammers.
