Join AARP NH for a fun and FREE informative guided store tour at Hannaford Supermarket in Concord June 18 (10 – 11:30 am).

Registered Dietitian Sydney Colburn will walk participants through each department highlighting foods rich in fiber, antioxidants, and heart healthy fats. Learn how smart choices can support blood pressure, cholesterol, and overall wellness. Participants should be able to walk or use a mobility device for 60+ minutes.
