Relax and Recharge! A Paint Party for Caregivers

In acknowledgment of family caregivers, an important resource when it comes to helping loved ones age in place, AARP is sponsoring a virtual Paint and Sip class hosted by Paint and Sip VT. Anyone else in need of a break is welcome to join too!

Grab your favorite beverage and follow step-by-step guidance as you try your hand at painting “Beautiful Strawberry.” We’ll give a brief presentation about available caregiving resources.

Supplies needed:

• A canvas, canvas board or acrylic paper (9"x 12" or 11" x 14" recommended but any size works)
• Easel (optional)
• Acrylic paints: red, blue, yellow, white and black; green is optional (we will also blend it in class)
• 3-5 brushes, from large to fine-detail sizes
• Pencil for composition sketching
• A cup of water to rinse brushes
• Small plate to mix colors
• Paper towels 

This is a free online event, and AARP membership is not required.
