The Heart & Hearing Health Series

AARP is hosting a two‑part Lunch and Learn health series that will bring participants together with medical experts for clear conversations about two important topics: hearing health and heart disease. These 1-hour sessions will explore how the ear works, common causes of hearing loss, tinnitus and practical steps people often take to protect their hearing, followed by an in‑depth look at heart disease, its risk factors, and everyday habits that support a healthier heart. 

Join us at noon each day for a friendly, informative discussion in a small‑group setting. Bring your questions, share experiences, and get clear, easy‑to‑understand guidance in a relaxed atmosphere. This event is designed to be informative where participants can easily engage with health professionals and build confidence in managing personal health.
