Drop by one of AARP Virginia’s Caregiver Cafe events this November to pick up free resources, chat with fellow caregivers and enjoy a complimentary nonalcoholic beverage of your choice. These informal gatherings are designed to provide caregivers with support, practical information and an opportunity to connect with others who provide care for loved ones.
