Walk With A Doc at Meadowood Mall

About the Event: Join AARP Nevada and Dr. Ellia Ciammaichella, at Meadowood Mall in Reno, as we take a few minutes to learn about a current health topic then spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and fun conversation. It’s a great way to get out, get active, and enjoy all the benefits that come from walking. Walk with a Doc is a walking program for everyone interested in taking steps for a healthier lifestyle. How to Join: Must pre-register to join. Sign in to your AARP.org account or create an account to register. AARP membership is not required. PLEASE READ: Please check in with an AARP volunteer next to Cheesecake Factory. Entrance is by "Cheesecake Factory". Our team walks around the mall 1- 2 times. You can choose to walk at your own pace and choose your distance. Please bring water and wear comfortable shoes.
